You sent me the wrong size!!

I ordered 4 pair of Easy Spirit, size 7W, in 2024 and was delighted with the ones that arrived in my correct size. This last pair came in size 6M.......I only can wear size 7W. I need to exchange the size 6M for the correct size 7W. I have now tried for 2 weeks to find out how to do this....I have paid for them and I definitely want to get size 7W. Please assist me in receiving the correct size.
I wore my last pair of TRAVELT12, black/silver/patent Easy Spirit shoes for 14 years until they fell apart, and I was only trying to replace them. I loved them and I love my others, because they fit so comfortably and are so easy to put on.
Please help me to exchange the wrong size I have now for my correct size 7W.
I have all the packaging and the packing slip.
