Shipping policy
Easy Spirit Canada offers complimentary ground shipping on select orders, the costs & conditions are as follows:
- Free ground shipping to all provinces on orders $100+
- Orders to all provinces under $100 are subject to a ground shipping fee of $9.99
- Orders to all territories are subject to a ground shipping fee of $30, and are excluded from free shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
We cannot be responsible for delays in courier services.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with your tracking number. You can use this number to find out when your goods should be arriving.
International shipments
We are unable to offer service to Non-Canadian billing addresses, ship-to-addresses, ultimate destinations via forwarders or credit card issuers at this time. Please note that other regions of the world may be serviced by a regional distributor or licensee.
